Description: Health educators from the Merrimack Valley area, including folks who work for community-based health organizations, Depts of Public Health, hospitals, Ys, etc. They work on wide range of health-related issues (substance abuse, pre-natal care, smoking, violence prevention, etc.) CHEC Northeast office at this workshop is an introduction to community organizing principles and practices, and incorporates the Ten Chairs activity for a discussion of root causes of community problems that impact on health issues.
